LCA Posting Notice

Pursuant to the Department of Labor regulations at 20 C.F.R. § 655.734, employers filing Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) in connection with H-1B employment must provide notice to affected workers. Hexagon Technologies LLC complies with this requirement by electronically posting all active LCAs in this public location, accessible to any interested party.

As permitted under 20 C.F.R. § 655.734(a)(1)(ii)(B), electronic notification is an acceptable method of providing notice, including through “electronic bulletin boards, homepages, or electronic mail.” By making postings available on this site, Hexagon Technologies LLC ensures that required LCA notices are readily accessible to affected employees and other interested parties, consistent with Department of Labor regulations.
